Modern Slavery Policy Statement

For the purposes of this policy statement, modern slavery has the definition set out in Section 3 of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), including types of exploitation such as trafficking in persons, servitude, forced labour, debt bondage, child labour and deceptive recruiting.

We do not use or condone any modern slavery in any of our operations or premises and work to ensure these practices are not present in our workforce or supply chains.

We do not tolerate any form of unacceptable treatment of workers. We abide by all laws and regulations regarding pay practices and the classification of employment according to job level and status.

If you become aware of any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any parts of our business or supply chains, you must notify us immediately. Where we have been made aware of any modern slavery practices in our business or in our supply chain, we will investigate all claims as appropriate and as required by law.

What happens if part of these Terms is not right?

If a provision of these Terms is held to be void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision must be read down as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be valid or enforceable. If it is not possible to read down a provision (in whole or in part), that provision (or that part of that provision) is severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of that provision or the other provisions in these Terms.

The law that applies to these Terms

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these Terms. If you access our Site throughout Australia or overseas, we make no representation that our Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any State outside New South Wales and/or country outside Australia. If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access our Site.
