Factotum Communications provide independent chair services to project stakeholder groups to facilitate fair and reasonable communication between the project team and community. We assist both the Project Team and Community Representatives pursue their formal requests, questions, and responses to maintain a transparent understanding of the project, community concerns and to maintain a productive and respectful relationship.
The Connections Project was a $2 Billion irrigation modernisation program resulting in 429GL of water savings. Factotum Communications was engaged to develop close out collateral and provide media management services to assist the team with end of project coordination.

The VMFRP have an enormous task of engaging with communities and stakeholders nine sites long the Murray in Northern Victoria.
Factotum Communications have been engaged to lead the communications team to ensure their efforts are streamlined, deliberate and effectively support the development of the VMFRP’s environmental assessments currently underway.
The newly funded Sunday Creek Reconfiguration Project will provide a more water efficient and cost-effective irrigation system by delivering water directly to Sunday Creek in Victoria’s Rutherglen Wine country.
Factotum Communications are excited to be providing the community and stakeholder engagement services for this project including targeted engagement with community and user groups to inform plans for new community facilities to support the changes implemented by the Project.
Factotum Communications looked after the end to end communications and stakeholder delivery requirements of the Mitiamo Pipeline Project which included the construction of a pump station and lagoon, and more than 300km of pipeline and tapping points.
The completed project now supplies approximately 58,000 hectares of land near the townships of Mitiamo, Tennyson, and Dingee with water and is estimated to reduce public and private water losses by more that 1000ML per year.
